HOW DO I ORDER?

If you wish to order a Mum or Garter through It's Raining Mums, you can order right here online or call me at 972-571-6907 to discuss your options! Take a peak at our several styles to get an idea of which mum or garter you may be interested in. If you need help placing an order, we can discuss details over a phone call, virtually through facetime or at an in-person design appointment.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

Orders require a 50% deposit to get in the cue, and need to be paid within 24 hours or will be canceled.  The balance will need to be received before the mum can go home.  I accept Venmo, Zelle and cash: or credit card payments accepted in full.

Keep in mind Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; All sales are final due to the customization of each mum or garter.  If anything changes after you order, please contact me immediately.  I do allow cancelations and changes within 24 hours of your order.  I do know things happen...if there is a change in names, please contact me asap and will try my best to accommodate the change.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

Mums and garters need to be ordered no less than 14 days before your desired pick up date.

  Orders will be ready by Wednesday of your homecoming week (it takes time to create and I want to be able to put the time and attention into your order to make it everything you want!)  Seniors are encouraged to order at least 4 weeks in advance of your PICK UP DATE, or over the summer!  Space will fill up quickly once school starts, so please order early! I will have a few pre-made items in Brenda's Boutique for last minute orders, and they are first come, first serve, with minimal customization.   Rush fees will be added this year to orders accepted within 10 days of the hoco date if there is availability.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Orders will be ready the Wednesday of your homecoming date unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.  You will receive a text or email when it is ready and when you may pick it up at my home.  EMISD: tbd!!​
